RULES & INFORMATION
♦
♦ California Late Hatch Classic will be flown on January 11th 2009 from Bishop, Ca.
♦ All activities will be held January 10th to 11th 2009 at the Loft Site.
♦ A luncheon will be held at the loft site on both days at 19150 Santa Road Mine, Perris, Ca.
♦ Accepting birds from May 1st until July 31st, 2008.
♦ Perch Fee: 1 bird is $125.00, 6 bird are $400.00, after 6 birds it's $75.00 per bird .
( Perch Fee Must Accompany Birds No Exceptions )
♦ Entry Fee: is $200.00 Per Bird and is due the night of shipping.
♦ 15% of Capital Prize, Pools and Calcutta retained for expense.
♦ First drop will split capital prize, all other drops will be in clocking order.
If all the capital prizes are not claimed by the second day by 6:00 pm. remaining
capital prizes if any will be split among the birds clocked.
♦ All pools will be paid out in clocking order .
♦ The birds remain the property of the breeder, and within 2 week after the main race.
Arrangement must be made to ship your birds back at $50.00 a per single box with in the USA.
If arrangements aren't made to get your birds back by February 1, 2009.
They will becomes the property of the California Late Hatch Classic.
♦ The race committee will settle all unforeseen circumstances and their decision is
final.
♦ All birds will be vaccinated for PMV, Paratyphoid & Pox when they arrive
at the loft ( NO EXCEPTIONS )
♦ All taxes are the responsibility of the winner.
♦ Must be 21 years of age to participate.
♦ All birds must have registered seamless bands.
♦ All race birds will be trained 150 miles before the main race.
♦ Capital Prizes based on 300 birds going to the Race ♦
